| This award is the American Academy of Certified Public Managers’ (AACPM) highest honor. Each state who is a member of the AACPM is encouraged to submit a nomination for this award which is named for Kenneth K. Henning, recognized as the father of the Certified Public Manager Program. Although not a requirement, it is a good idea to nominate a member for the Henning Award who has been active in the American Academy of Certified Public Managers. | |
