2007 Program Committees:
 Training/Partnership in Public Management
Chairperson: Sabrina Hartley, Vice President
Responsibilities:
- Plans and organizes monthly chapter meetings
- Coordinates and suggests topics, obtains speakers, locations, etc. for monthly chapter meetings
- Plans and coordinates annual chapter training session (usually held in October)
Community Service
Chairperson: Sherry Valdez
Responsibilities:
- Identifies and promotes worthwhile community service activities
- Establishes community service partners
Fund Raising
Chairperson: Len Franklin & Andrew Davis
Responsibilities:
- Plans, organizes and directs all fundraising activities for the chapter
- Brainstorms on fundraising ideas and presents to Chapter Board of Directors
Awards Program (Recognition/Awards)
Chairperson: Angie Whitaker
Responsibilities:
- Plans and coordinates the Public Service Recognition celebration in May of each year
- Coordinates and solicits GOTCHA’s which recognize members for outstanding service to the chapter and Society; transmits GOTCHA’s quarterly to the CPM Times Editor (FSCPM newsletter)
- Facilitates nominations for the CPM of the Year and Henning Award
Membership/Program Growth
Chairperson: Michael Moore
Responsibilities:
- Solicits members to serve on committees (need a minimum of 3 on each committee)
- Sends out reminders in September of each year to those individuals who need to renew their membership and follows up in January with a reminder to those who have not renewed
- Communicates with members to ensure that the chapter secretary has the correct mailing and e-mail addresses and telephone numbers
- Updates chapter secretary and FSCPM Treasurer of any changes to mailing and e-mail addresses and telephone numbers of members
