The 2010 Certified Public Managers' (CPM) Symposium will be held on Wednesday, October 6 from 7:30am to 12:00PM at the Broward County Traffic Management Center (TMC). The theme if this year's Symposium is innovation as a way to address management challenges in a changing environment.

The Symposium will consist of two major components: a series of presentations on innovation and its application in general and within the Department, and a facilitated workshop in which Symposium attendees will team to develop an action plan for innovative use of Department resources to address organizational challenges.

The organizational challenges addressed will be identified prior to the Symposium, based on input received from our staff and managers.
