Our Mission:
Support managers with the tools and the forum to achieve a high level of professionalism and effectiveness

Support the State CPM Society by

Encouraging Chapter members participation in FSCPM committees and discussions

Provide Desirable Member Benefits by

Encouraging more member participation in Chapter meetings and

Asking members what benefits they want

Providing a mentoring program

Conduct a one-day Symposium by

Presenting a symposium that fits in our budget, theme and goals

Conduct Effective Monthly Chapter Meetings by

Increasing attendance and participation in Chapter meetings

Schedule and advertise chapter meeting timely

Providing good speakers and food at the Chapter meetings

Involving participation from other local organizations

Board members' being better organized with defined and understood goals

Cross training board members

Provide Leadership Opportunities to Members by

Recruiting participation by Chapter members in various activities

	Mentoring (being a mentor and being a mentee)
	Planning the symposium
	Presenting a book or article as a bookworm
	Participating in Society outreach

Support and Encourage Professional Development by

Promoting completion of CSM and CPM by members;

Offering CPM Refresher courses or content in chapter meetings

Participate in the new FSCPM Professional Development committee
